Participation in meetings for UGI 2011 in Brazil.

Over the 14th to the 20th of November of this year, the General Secretary of the Regional Geographic Conference (UGI 2011), Colonel Alvaro Hermosilla J., participated in meetings held in Sao Paolo with the Director of the Faculty of Geography at the University of Sao Palo, and in Rio de Janeiro wit the Director of Geomatics at the Brazilian Institute for Geography and Statistics (IBGE). The meetings were aimed at announcing UGI 2011 and facilitating participation in it; also copies of the Second Call for Papers and conference brochure were distributed.
