Member of Scientific Sub-Committee participated in the IV CIETA held in Spain.

Between the 10th and the 13th of May, 2010, Dr. Francisco Ferrando A., member of the Scientific Sub Committee (SSC) of UGI 2011, participated in the “IV Iberian – Americas Meeting of Territorial and Environmental Studies”, in the city of Merida, Spain. Dr. Ferrando presented his paper titled “Urbanization of the Lower Riverside Corridor along the Mapocho River, Santiago, Chile”. He also announced UGI 2011 and distributed copies of the First Call for Papers brochure to attendees. The editors of the journal “Revista Mapping” agreed to list UGI 2011 in their Web site.
