Services for all attendees
The attendees registered in all the categories will have access to the following services:
- Catering: Attendees will have the option of services at a cafeteria in the conference venue with convenient prices. .
- Interpreters: at the oral presentations of papers, inauguration and closing ceremonies and the plenary sessions, attendees will be able to use the service for simultaneous translation from English to Spanish and Spanish to English.
- Internet: there will be rooms equipped with computers connected to the Internet.
- Parking: spacious and safe parking areas will be available for vehicles.
- Reception, registration and information services area: at the conference venue, there will be an efficient system of services for registration, accreditation and information.
Specialized Services
Administrative, logistical and technical support services will be available to satisfy any specialized needs of authors, attendees, meeting conveners, sponsors and trade show exhibitors.
