- Speech of a leading figure of the Chilean state.
- 2nd Performance of BAFOCHI.
- Ribbon-cutting to inaugurate the technical-commercial exhibition area.

| All attendees and invited guests will be able to participate in the UGI 2011 opening ceremony, held with the purpose of welcoming attendees and officially starting the conference. The inaugural ceremony will be followed by a welcome cocktail for all attendees. |
