Work Meeting at the Chilean National Tourism Service

On Thursday 16th of June 2011, representatives of the National Tourism Service of Chile (SERNATUR) met with the Local Organizing Committee (LOC) of the Regional Geographic Conference (UGI 2011). Those present from SERNATUR were Mr. Manuel Fernández, chair of the SERNATUR cabinet, Mrs. Mariana Sánchez, sub-director of the Marketing and Promotion Department, Mrs. María Loreto Pérez and Mrs. Angie Almendras of the Territorial and Environment Unit, and Mrs. Adriana Sánchez, head of the Internal Tourism unit. The LOC Executive Secretary, Rodrigo García, presented to them the scope of the conference and the various ways to participate.
